ERC Loans available 

With qualified credit, members can receive financing from WIEC for installation for heat pumps, including geothermal, central air conditioning or electric heating systems, such as electric furnace, baseboard heat or radiant floor heat, which are over 5 KW in size.  Unit must be installed on WIEC lines.  

bulletLoan amount -  up to $10,000
bulletInterest rate - 5%
bulletTerm - 5 years                                     

Loan subject to credit approval.  There is no penalty for early payoff.  Late penalty is $5 per month per $1,000 of outstanding loan balance.
