calls in Illinois, the cost is 4.5¢ per minute. For all calls
to destinations outside the state of Illinois, the cost is 4.9¢ per
minutes. We believe these are some of the lowest rates in the
market. Besides getting cheaper long distance, your calls will be utilizing
the Qwest's fiber optic cable network. They are the 4th largest
network in the country.
