In case of outages:  

WIEC has a staff member and two linemen on call at all times in case there is an outage.  It is our goal to keep outage time at a minimum.  Print this page out and place by your phone so it will be there when you need it


Please go look at your meter.  
If there is a digital display, please check your breakers
or fuses. The problem is on your side
of the meter.  

If there is not a digital display,
 the problem is WIEC's so call us.

It's very helpful to have your map location number when you call in 
an outage.  The map location number tells us the specific location
of your meter.  
You'll find your map location number
  on your bill or call our office.  
Giving us your mailing address won't help us help you.
